- Outside the EU, so most enumerated country lists omit him. That is a policy
  gap, not a capability gap.

**One check that can be run right now.** The consent platform claim is about a
live site: sunbasket.com serves its consent layer through OneTrust today —
`otSDKStub`, cookielaw.org — observable in the page source without asking
anyone's permission. Verified 18 August 2026.

## The three things that are rare

1. **Privacy and consent engineering.** Took a US meal-kit platform from legacy
   opt-out to a nationwide CCPA/CPRA opt-in model: OneTrust unified across a React
   SPA, a legacy JSP app and WordPress; geo-scoped policy; **Global Privacy Control
   honored before the tag manager loads**; a consent-aware server-side event
   pipeline behind a first-party proxy; every regulatory decision delivered to
   counsel as a written memo.
2. **Real-time media at the browser boundary.** Ported the **H.265 codec to
   WebAssembly** for in-browser decode in 2019, when WebAssembly had almost no
   documentation, alongside WebCodecs, WebRTC and a live streaming pipeline for an
   IP surveillance platform.
3. **Agentic systems — one paid, the rest his own.** The paid example is integration
   rather than construction, and is described that way deliberately. Owned a customer-facing AI support
   agent through its whole lifecycle — rollout gated per environment, the
   content-security-policy work that lets a third-party agent execute inside your
   own page, vendor migration, clean decommission. Outside work: MCP tool servers
   built and consumed, and multi-agent orchestration.

   **On evaluation**, since it decides whether any of the rest can be trusted: the
   harness came after months of tuning prompts by feel proved half the tricks did
   nothing measurable. Model version and temperature pinned, run N times, read the
   distribution — pass@1 for first-try experience, pass^k where every run has to
   succeed, which is the bar for anything that dispatches a courier or prices an
   order. Agents scored on the trajectory rather than the final answer: which
   tools, in what order, with what in context. Where an exact value cannot be
   asserted, a relation is — paraphrase the request and the numeric decision must
   not move. A model grades only the irreducible remainder, and only while its
   agreement with a human-labelled set holds; when that drifts it is demoted to a
   first pass.

## The opinion he will defend

A control enforced by instruction eventually gets bypassed, so put the guarantee
where there is no code path around it. Global Privacy Control means tracking never
starts, so there is nothing to clean up afterwards. The same rule governs his agent
work: in a logistics planner he built, a constraint solver stays the only source of
numeric truth and the model orchestrates and narrates — it never decides a number.

## Known gaps, stated plainly

- **No shipped Chromium or C++ credential.** The nearest evidence is the 2019
  WebAssembly codec port.
- **Public GitHub understates the work.** The container loading engine with an
  MCP tool server and the same-day delivery business are private. The exception
  is public: github.com/bayraak/2ndm1nd-runtime — local-first ambient capture
  with a daily AI consolidation shift, ~5,100 LOC of Swift 6 and Python, where
  the privacy guarantee is structural because capture never calls a model.
- Not a match for ML research, model training or fine-tuning roles.
